Featsy fees

How much does it cost to Sell on Featsy?

• It is free to join Featsy – there are no sign-up costs.
• We charge a monthly membership fee, following a 60-day FREE trial period and we charge a commission fee when you sell an item.
• The membership fee is on a month-to-month basis.
• PayFast, Yoco, and the banks charge Featsy payment processing fees, which are a mixture of fixed fees and a percentage of the transactions. The total amount charged is for the full transaction, which includes delivery fees and Featsy commission. An average fee will be charged on each total transaction.
• There are some managed services that Featsy offers Sellers – these are optional in nature and the fees are detailed below.

Featsy Membership options?

• There are three membership options namely Crafter, Master and Grand Master. 
• Crafter is the entry level package and is perfect to embark on your e-market Featsy journey. Master  is the Standard membership and most popular. Lastly Grand master is the advanced membership and offers you the full Featsy experience.
• Contract commitment is not applicable in any of the membership options.
• Every membership option offers different functionalities. Below is the detailed functionality of the different membership options.

Crafter

• The crafter is the entry level membership and is perfect  to embark on your Featsy e-market journey.
• Access to dashboard but no access to stall analytics.
• The crafter can only list variable and simple products and can only list fifteen (15) products.
• Only one product can be featured and customization of products is not permitted.
• The number of stalls that can be featured are limited.
• Stalls are secured and sellers can access their stalls twenty four hours ,seven days a week.
• Only one user can access the vendor stall.
• The seller can create coupons as a way to attract to buyers.
• Access to Featsy support is guaranteed.
• The badge available to the Crafter is only the verified stall badge.

• The Master is the standard membership with enhanced functionality for the committed stall owner.
• Access to stall dashboard and stall analytics.
• The master can only list twenty five ( 25) products at a time, the products can be simple or variable.
• Only five products may be featured and product customization is permitted.
• There is no limit to the number of stores that can be featured.
• Stalls are secured and sellers can access their stalls twenty four hours ,seven days a week.
• Only three users can access the vendor stall.
• The seller can create coupons as a way to attract to buyers.
• Access to Featsy support is guaranteed.
• The badges available to the Master are the top seller , high orders verified stall and star seller badges.

• Membership fees are payable at the beginning of the month, in advance.
• You will pay for the membership fee through the website credit by the first of the month
• Commission and payment processing fees – will be deducted from your sales on your account and you will receive the Net amount.

 Can I cancel my membership?

• Yes you can cancel your membership at anytime
• Membership is on a month-to-month basis, with no long-term obligation
• Membership fees are paid, in advance, on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time.  Featsy should be notified, in writing, by the 25th of the month.
