How do I track my returns?

You can track your returns on “My Orders”

• Go to Featsy.co.za
• Click on the icon “Log In” button at the top right corner of the page
• Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the homepage.
• Click on ‘‘Orders’’/ ‘‘ Order History’’.
• Find the return request you submitted and click on it.
